We started the business in 1992 and at that time our associated company had just carried out the first Window Care commercial joinery repair project in the UK. From our Woodbridge, Suffolk base, we trained and supplied customers in London, Essex and Kent, Suffolk and Norfolk.

1996 saw us seperate from our associated company to concentrate solely on Window Care Products, and from that point, we were able to introduce the system to many more specifiers and the business increased rapidly, year by year until we outgrew our premises.

In 2006, the business was moved to a much larger premises in Chingford, North East London, became a division of an already highly established business called County Construction Chemicals Ltd. and we opened our London Training Centre in which we run high quality, free, training courses for all building trade operatives.

In 2007 we extended our distribution area to include coverage of SouthWest London, East & West Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire and continue to keep the extremely high standards that our customers have come to expect from us.

Established just over 38 Years ago, County Construction Chemicals has become one of the UK's leading distributors of speciality chemical products to the construction and civil engineering industries. Situated in East London, just off the North Circular (A406), within easy reach of the M25, M11 and Central London, our doors are open at 6:00am every weekday morning, ensuring that our customers have ample time to collect their materials on their way to work and are to many customers, their first call of the day. In addition to our excellent delivery service, we also have a fully operational shop counter, which is conveniently open at 6:00am sharp every morning until 5pm, every weekday.

Please feel free to visit us, where our dedicated, knowledgeable staff are always happy to assist you and you can also see some examples of the system and associated products and tools etc.

When enquiring or collecting goods from our counter front stores or indeed just visiting our premises, ample parking is provided for your convenience. Unlike some other trade premises, we can assure you that there is ALWAYS somewhere to park at our premises.

Obviously we have many visitors in varying sized vehicles visiting us for whatever reason during any one day, so the spaces directly outside the counter/stores (click here to see) tend to come and go like any other parking space.

Our stock turns over at a very high rate and thus we have material deliveries on a regular basis, this includes very large vehicles such as articulated lorries, if you find that you cannot park directly outside the counter/stores, then please feel free to park at the front of the premises by the glass front offices (click here to see) if you have any questions regarding parking at our premises, please contact us.

Here at Windowcare Systems Anglia, we believe that, as well as a high level of professionalism and assistance, it's very important to interact with our customers and understand their individual business needs, thus, we pride ourselves on the fact that we're on first name terms with most of our customers, and encourage them to offer feedback and comments on our service, to enable us to constantly check that we are working to the best of our abilities. We have a very low staff turnover (several of our team have been onboard for over 20 years) and it's this fact that gives our customers confidence and assurance that they're receiving personal service.
