*If your order totals more than £300 (before vat) then leave the delivery to us, we will incur the cost regardless of the weight and/or volume.
Normally from 1-12 cartridges of sealant or small tools/accessories etc. - £12 +vat (unfortunately, we cannot use ANY sort of postage service for our deliveries and even the smallest parcels such as single accessories or single cartridges will incur the same standard charge.
Anything over a box (usually 12 cartridges) or combined items totalling more than 5kg - £17.50+vat
This is usually anything from a few boxes to anything that will need palletising (i.e. over 14 x boxes of silicone or equivalent, over 2 x 25kg bags of powder or 10litres of liquid) in most cases we can despatch it to anywhere in the UK for
next day delivery if the order is received anytime upto 12:00pm (as most of these deliveries will go directly from the suppliers, their conditions will dictate.)
All of these orders will be on a
standard 8am - 4pm service requiring a signature on arrival (unless special instructions are clearly given to our staff upon ordering)
Large items (usually; foam caulking rod or several flat caulking packs, bags of cementitious material such as grout, large tubs or buckets etc.) that cannot be packed into a box over 800cm x 800cm in size will be subject to review dependant on delivery location. We will, where possible stick to £17.50+vat but certain goods will have to be delivered directly from our suppliers with a price negotiated and agreed with them before the order is released.
Extra large orders that have to be palletised, will normally exceed the minimum, carriage-paid total thus be free of charge but in certain instances (such as foam, bags of powders, tubs/tins or buckets) that cannot be sent directly from our suppliers due to time restrictions, lack of stock or mixed order etc. will have to benegotiated and agreed before the order is released.
With large call-off, or on-going orders, the same rules apply as per the other sections. Each delivery will be treated as one.
