Our standard deliveries are actually fairly complex, so the best way to agree terms is to contact us to confirm and explain exactly which fee you'll pay for your specific delivery. In most cases, we can negotiate this very quickly with minimum fuss.

If your order isn't as large as a pallet load (i.e. over 14 x boxes of silicone or equivalent, over 2 x 25kg bags of powder or 10litres of liquid) we can despatch it for next day delivery to anywhere in the UK if the order is placed before 2:30pm.

If your order is anything that will need palletising (i.e. over 14 x boxes of silicone or equivalent, over 2 x 25kg bags of powder or 10litres of liquid) in most cases we can despatch it to anywhere in the UK for next day delivery if the order is received anytime upto 12:00pm (as most of these deliveries will go directly from the suppliers, their conditions will dictate.) All of these orders will be on a standard 8am - 4pm service requiring a signature on arrival (unless special instructions are clearly given to our staff upon ordering)

Not always neccessarily heavy, but large, bulky volume items(usually; foam caulking rod or several flat caulking packs, bags of cementitious material such as grout, large tubs or buckets etc.) that cannot be packed into a box over 800cm x 800cm in size will be subject to review dependant on delivery location. We will, where possible stick to £17.50+vat but certain goods will have to be delivered directly from our suppliers with a price negotiated and agreed with them before the order is released.Please contact us for more information.

We have our own contracted driver and if your delivery carries a London postcode then, in most cases we can except an order of any size of any material (stock permitting) anytime upto 4:45pm and will endeavour to deliver the very next day from 7am - 1pm at the normal rate of £17.50+vat for any order totalling under £300net or totally free for any order over £300net* Although conditions apply to London deliveries, in general we run a tight ship and are proud to say that we have a very high success rate with this service.

Over the years our own contracted delivery service has evolved into a fairly strict schedule of the following:

• London Postcodes - Every weekday morning from 7am-1pm
• Essex Postcodes - Every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon from 1pm-5pm (times will vary)
• Middlesex/Hertfordshire Postcodes - Every Wednesday afternoon from 1pm-5pm (times will vary)

These runs have proven very popular for both customers who order regularly to keep their stock levels up, and customers who don't have the facilities to store vast quantities of materials at any one time. Please note, for no extra charge, our driver can keep keys and/or special instructions to access your property if it's inconvenient to have someone to receive the order, he can also unload your goods for you.
