For efficiency, we carry a large amount of stock on our premises, but obviously it's not always cost-effective to hold certain products, and so we operate a service to order in goods specially when ordered. Please read the sections below for more information on this service.

As per our product lists, it is usually quick and convenient to 'Order In' products that are not essentially 'Stocked' items, most commonly these are products that either have short shelf-lifes or are just not sold often. We have a very close working relationship with our suppliers and so, can aquire these products quickly and easily, either into our stores or direct to yourselves. Certain conditions apply with these orders so please read the policy section carefully before enquiring/ordering.
As mentioned on the specs. section on the Colours page, there is an option to match the colour of a product exactly to a specification if absolutely neccessary, this service is obviously most suited to 1-part sealants as the colour will be specified by architects etc. to match a certain substrate or detail precisely. There is always a minium quantity of boxes or cartons that are needed, which varies from product to product and generally a substantial lead time form ordering to supplying.
A premium rate surcharge will be incurred (usually calculated by a percentage of your original cost)

Lead times vary greatly from product to product and from supplier to supplier. Each special order carries a different extended lead time to our stocked products but in general, with the exception of special colours, we can turn the order around in anything from nextday (for supplier's direct despatchs) to 14 x days (for made to spec. products)
Each 'Special Order' is unique and thus will have to be discussed with a member of our sales team, please do not hesistate to contact us and we'll be more than happy to discuss your requirements.
  • We will require a purchase order (or equivalent) confirmation either by post, fax or email before we procede with a 'Special order'.

  • For cash sale customers, we require payment in advance before we procede with any 'Special Orders'.

  • There is a minimum quantity to most special orders which varies from product to product, supplier to supplier and is usually a box, carton or pack amount and thus multiples of that amount. (i.e. 12 tubes per box - multiples of 12 only)

  • We operate a strict 'no returns' policy on all non-stocked goods orders, so each 'Special Orders' sale is final so please ensure that your specification is correct and exact before enquiring/ordering any non-stocked items.
