All of our delivery services are actually fairly complex, and differ from order to order, so the best way to agree terms is to contact us to confirm and we'll explain exactly which fee you'll pay for your specific delivery. In most cases, we can negotiate this very quickly with minimum fuss.

If your order isn't as large as a pallet load (i.e. over 14 x boxes of silicone or equivalent, over 2 x 25kg bags of powder or 10litres of liquid) we can despatch it for next day delivery to anywhere in the UK if the order is placed BEFORE 12:15pm (dependant on stock levels at our stores and/or suppliers. Standard rates apply.

If your order is anything that will need palletising (i.e. over 14 x boxes of silicone or equivalent, over 2 x 25kg bags of powder or 10litres of liquid) in most cases we can despatch it to anywhere in the UK for next day delivery if the order is received anytime upto 12:00pm (as most of these deliveries will go directly from the suppliers, their conditions will dictate.) All of these orders will be on a standard 8am - 4pm service requiring a signature on arrival (unless special instructions are clearly given to our staff upon ordering)

Not always neccessarily heavy, but large, bulky volumeitems (usually; foam caulking rod or several flat caulking packs, bags of cementitious material such as grout, large tubs or buckets etc.) that cannot be packed into a box over 800cm x 800cm in size will be subject to review dependant on delivery location. We will, where possible stick to £17.50+vat but certain goods will have to be delivered directly from our suppliers with a price negotiated and agreed with them before the order is released.

Small (under 5kg) (totalling over £300 net) - free of charge

Medium to large (over 5kg - under a pallet load) (totalling under £300 net) - £17.50+vat
Small to medium (over 5kg - under a pallet load) (totalling over £300 net) - free of charge

Large to very large (inc. foam only orders & large quants. of powders or liquids) (totalling under £300 net) - from free to £50+vat
Large to very large (inc. foam only orders & large quants. of powders or liquids) (totalling over £300 net) - from free to £50+vat
