All goods out (i.e. collections from our premises by couriers, customers or other will be from either;
for small goods: over the counter, exiting through the red doors

for medium sized: from the loading area directly through the large, black, rubber doors (straight ahead as you enter the red doors).
for larger collections (including courier pick-ups): will either be forklifted or hand-balled via the large, vertical metal shutter doors (to the left of the red doors)

Our stock turns over at a very high rate and thus we have material deliveries on a regular basis, this includes very large vehicles such as articulated lorries, if you find that you cannot park directly outside the counter/stores, then please feel free to park at the front of the premises by the glass front offices

Collection
When collecting goods from our counter front stores (click here to see), we can provide assistance for you to load your vehicle if needed, small goods are usually passed to you over the counter and your exit will be by the red, double doors you entered by, larger goods are usually put on a trolley for your convenience and are ready for collection within minutes from the loading area directly through the large black, rubber doors (straight ahead as you enter the red doors).
