Here you will find full details of our exciting new Faxback Service which enables you to receive all datasheets and health & safety (COSHH) sheets of our stocked items at anytime any place, anywhere! This service has been tried and tested over the past six months with very satisfactory results. Try it for yourself! Finally, follow the Downloads link on the left to save or print your own copies of useful information including Primer Guides, Selection tables, popular product instructions, boxed quantities list etc.

County Construction Chemicals are pleased to announce our 24 hour Faxback system. This service is available for all stock products and will deliver the manufacturers' Data or Health & Safety (COSHH) sheets to your fax machine 24 hours a day. (Normal call charges apply)

To use this service, from any telephone line or your fax telephone line, dial the
County Construction Chemicals Ltd. Faxback number: 020 8529 4237.
The voice-recorded instructions will take you through the following procedure:

· You will hear an introduction, this will prompt you to enter a document number.

· You will then be asked to enter another document number or end the selection.

· A summary of your selection will be announced.

· Next you will be asked whether you are using a fax machine or a telephone.

· If you are using a fax machine, you will press the Start button on your machine. End.

· If you are using a telephone you will be asked to enter the fax number after the tone.

· The fax number that you have entered will be read back to you.

· If you confirm the number is correct, the documents will be sent to you immediately. End.

Tip:
When familiar with the procedure, you do not have to wait for the speech to end, you can enter your selection immediately!
