Due to courier procedure, as a general rule, all nextday orders are despatched with a delivery time slot of anything from 8am - 5pm and thus we cannot specify a time for your delivery, however, for a surcharge, we can book a delivery time for your goods either;
BEFORE 10am or BEFORE 12pm. Obviously, the same rules apply for these special services as our normal schedule, please contact our office to confirm the cost and arrangements.

Our 'AM Guaranteed' delivery services are actually fairly complex, and differ from order to order, so the best way to agree terms is to contact us to confirm and we'll explain exactly which fee you'll pay for your specific delivery. In most cases, we can negotiate this very quickly with minimum fuss.
If your order isn't as large as a pallet load (i.e. over 14 x boxes of silicone or equivalent, over 2 x 25kg bags of powder or 10litres of liquid) we can despatch it for next day 'AM Guaranteed' delivery to anywhere in the UK if the order is placed BEFORE 12:15pm (dependant on stock levels at our stores and/or suppliers.) Special rates apply.
If your order is anything that will need palletising (i.e. over 14 x boxes of silicone or equivalent, over 2 x 25kg bags of powder or 10litres of liquid) in most cases we can despatch it to anywhere in the UK for next day 'AM Guaranteed' delivery if the order is received anytime upto 12:15pm (however, as some of these deliveries will go directly from the suppliers, their conditions will dictate.) All of these orders will be on require a signature on arrival (unless special instructions are clearly given to our staff upon ordering)
Not always neccessarily heavy, but large, bulky volumeitems (usually; foam caulking rod or several flat caulking packs, bags of cementitious material such as grout, large tubs or buckets etc.) that cannot be packed into a box over 800cm x 800cm in size will be subject to review dependant on delivery location. We will, where possible stick to the normal rates (+ am guranteed surcharge) but certain goods will have to be delivered directly from our suppliers with a price negotiated and agreed with them before the order is released.
